Where is my order number?

You should have received your order number in your confirmation email. It is a long number, here is an example:

15794453143065756354.907656037896827 (We want the bold number).

If you don't have an email you are able to log into Google Checkout and obtain your order number.


OK OK i send message with my check and order number but then i have a new message from STS
the man who name was ALex ask me to send name of the game and my character name .
ok , i send him this message day ago but still i dont have my platinum which i wanna spend on ripmaw ((((((

Please help me (

When was this email? Weekend support is rare and often times, you will not get an email over the weekend because usually support does not work over the weekend.

Propably ur email will be answered in a few days as sts usually doesnt reply on emails on weekends :D if you are lucky u will receive ur reply within a few days if ur unlucky like me will take more than a week.

Support is the only one who can help you with this. Give it a few days please and be patient....
