View Full Version : I cant get any platinum...(please look)

I am an android user (nexus 7) and I can not get any plat except buying it. The deals don't work and I have tried what sts said about having strong internet connection and restarting the application. I can not send them my phone ID so I get my plat because I'm not using a phone and it's not anywhere on settings. I am pretty sure I am not the only one who doesn't have a strong enough internet connection or uses a tablet with no phone ID....

Please help!!!

I've the same with the platinum, but i've the connection. I'm always trying to get some free platinum (From Trialpay), and if i spend a few hours to do a lot enquetes and polls... I get NOTHING.

Regarding free plat:

W3I/NativeX/Trialplay

Sts hasn't much to do with W3I/NativeX/TP who control the free platinum offers they just support it.
We can't really help you and the Devs can't really fix that, just try to e-mail the W3I/NativeX/TP customer support to get some explanation.

Also in most cases you will get refunded for all apps/service offers you completed successfully and which are not older then 7 days. This in a period of 1-2 Days. (I can not guarantee this though).

If you have a Facebook Account, the WebStore usually does not work.

This is what Sam stated on another thread:

[...]As I understand it, Facebook registered accounts don't work for the Web Store. You will want to contact Spacetime Support to convert it to an email support@spacetimestudios.com

I suggest to switch to G-Mail since it's:
1) Way saver (You don't believe how easy it is to hack FB accounts nowadays).
2) Less stressful.
3) I use it myself and never had problems with it.

As an E-Mail user:
If you can't purchase Platinum, try to:
1) Reboot your device (out-on) or just simply restart the game either AL/DL/SL or PL
or
2) Visit the Website Store and follow the steps.

Also make sure to check your bank / credit-card / G-Mail / AppStore / PlayStore account for the case that there were no invalid purchases or that you did not charge too much platinum.
