Im getting back into AL, I want to pvp COMPLETELY. What lvl rogue should I do? Gear? Stats? Abilities? name it all please

I'd recommend Lvl 21 (Even though I don't know anything about it)
To quote Miracle, when I though I'd be in his Lvl 21 rouge pvp class:
Bonechill Bow of Potency (Level 21 Legendary)
agile ranger cloak of Will (Level 21 Legendary)
Demonlord Leather of Will (Level 21 Legendary) 26 dex, 13 int, 433 armor
power ring of brutality or ensorclled ring of potency (Level 21 Legendary)
Swirling Amulet of Potency (Level 21 Legendary)
this should be your skills:
5/5 Agility (Passive)
3/5 Knowledge (Passive)
3/5 Noxious Bolt
* Serrated Arrowhead
* extra poison dmg
5/5 Aimed Shot
* Accuracy
* Critical Shot
* Deadly Focus
* Shatter Armour
shadow pierce 1/5
4/5 Combat Medic
* Effective Packs
* Extra Packs
* Good Medicine
this should be your combo:
1. Charged medic
2. charged normal bow attack for stun
3. Aimed shot
4. Nox bolt
5. ONLY USE PIERCE if the enemy is close to you for maximum benifits
6. spam normal, aimed and nox
Equipped Stat's should be:
Health ATLEAST 1700
Damage ATLEAST 160
Mana ATLEAST 800
Pet should be:
MALISON - best rogue pet RECOMMENDED
talon - nice dmg pet
Horton - very good crit
Ribbit - Very critty
Credit goes to, obviously, TheMiraclebird
Also, Slag is a pretty good pvp pet, if you have him.

He's signing in and out of his account everytime he posts.
Pick either level 31 or 2. The level in between is kinda like level 2.
