100x? This would turn into a cheap version of a WoW or other online games private server where the rates are incredibly high and the market is totally messed up.

I've played some and I'd say NO.

However, double exp or gold or drop rate for a short span of time might be good though. Enough to gather funds and get through the 30-31 bump before the next expansion.

Enemies drop gold very less... just 1 gold or 10 ..
how many pve kills can u do in 1 day?

I don't rely on PvE to earn gold via picking each cent dropped by them. There are lots of ways to earn them.
Here are a few examples:
- I farm locks and sell them via consignment shop. Bam! easy 14k/pc
- How did I get them? I bought lepre. How did I acquired lepre? I saved enough story tokens to buy a colton and sold it for about 200k
- I also sold items which are already of no use to me but still has good marketable value (lowbie pinks) etc.

seriously, if you rely on picking up gold for money and do not have the patience to farm and buy & sell then its not the game's problem anymore. :)
