i play al but i log in again you said do not have email acc in game what happen!! my character have good item many pet gold and am master in my guild i send mail to spactime but not refend my character name Mmmarugolv31 rogue plese help me get back acc thx

yep...same thing happened to me now...from the past couple of days,whenever I logged on, I was no longer lvl 31 warrior instanthumor, but now im a lvl 3 mage by the name of keanechiv.
My guild, my mythics, all my gold...its just al gone now...its ridiculous...all the time and money spent on the game is gone. poof.

Just be patient, the support guys are only humans, too.
