Ice patch hate?

Not sure why but I hardly see anyone use this skill on frost bolt. For pvp I understand but for pve its great. Depending where it lands it will stop a whole mob frozen in their tracks.

Just wanted to see others opinions on it.

Love frost for pve.. The ice patch not so much because it requires mobs to walk over it.. And my mobs are already frozen and rooted they can't walk!

Ahh. I just started using the clock but I've had that ice patch freeze wolf packs so many times that I keep it on.

I use the upgrade...but then again I go 5/5 in all skills i use :p
Useful, especially in those areas like arena where mobs constantly spawn n run over to you.
