Report him to support ....and get the other people he allegedly scammed to report him too. Also, you should not post his/her name here. Just report in game or send an email to support. That's all you can do.

And try to add, in the ticket you send to Support, screenies of what happened if you have, and the most details possible.
Also, avoid naming people on forums, Devs don't like it lol.
