Best Talon Lv 55-69?

Is it me or are there no good talons again until Lv 70? I've checked CS repeatedly and seen nothing so I thought maybe it's rare and I'm missing it.

Customized Gem talon at 55 is decent but not seeing anything else. Thanks!

There's angel talon lvl 66 but u had to spend $50 before humania I think
