Names gone forever?

I tried reserving a name with a guest account yesterday but I had to do reset my phone and ofc I lost the guest account, thinking that the name would be freed up I tried to recreate an account with the same name but it was said to be already taken. Essentially the name is now lost forever.

Out of room on my main and I didn't feel like creating a new slot for the name.

Nah, shoot an email to support. Everything is saved on their server cloud dealio so like you loose a guest account they can help. Happens a lot to new players i've seen on here. So shoot them at support@spacetimestudios.com :)
