Guild Managment

Hey everybody i have posted this thread, because i just startet my own guild and would like some information from other guys who have had there own guild for a longer time than mine (which would be more than 3 hours).

How to run it, can u make daily anouncements but typing som kind of code in game.
What is smart to do.
Hope people will come with alot of helpful information about how they run there own guilds.

Well most people like a guild with a tier 3 guild hall(100plat)
Then just have fun and don't be inactive cause then people will leave cause of no promotions (Be nice to your guild mates but not too nice. Don't make everyone a officer only make people a officer who you know that won't overpower the officer position)
But make the guild open to anyone so you have alot of members then put a level limit on your guild.

I've got my 4 first members and i made them officers they are to be trusted, i boost them to lvl 25 after that is done, my thought was to put a lvl 25 limit to the guild, so im sure that i get serious players in to my guild. I know it wont go that fast with the member status but i rather go slow and have a solid guild than fast and uncontrollable.

I just paid 50 k gold for my guild, is there other ways to form a guild (I haven't seen any guild chater that cost 100 plat ???)
