Ok so first of all i wasted 500 plat on this dumb pact and let me tell you how it happend. I was getting a good offer on swift set and i went into the next room. then my internet just was lagging teriibal i tried switching bak rooms but still wouldnt work -.-. so then i just started spam clicking things on my device. that was not a good idea, when it stoped lagging it showed i bought the pact FML. trust me this was not intend to happen just to see if i got mitas i barley get plat and dont have time to waste it on worthless dragon pacts. i treid to email STS but after 2 days still no replies, i would like i refund and take away all these worthless pets -.-
I also forgot there email so i need that as well i had sent emil to old password change as a reply

Um...why would you randomly click stuff?

A solution to solving lag on your wifi router is to turn it off wait 10seconds and turn it back on (sounds like EVERY tech support doesn't it?)

Anyways if that doesn't work, contact your wifi provider (AT&T,Comcast, Xfinity etc.).

Next time make sure u don't click random stuff and make sure you have good Internet to prevent these type of problems in the future,

..I'm sorry for you but I bet you won't get a refund. Also it sounds pretty suspicious; there is a message asking if are you sure you want to purchase that thing.. Anyway, support will maybe solve this, good luck!

I don't know if they'll be able to refund you your plat. Someone could buy the dragon pack and say the same thing you did if they didn't get Mitas even if they had no Internet problems. STG can't determine which people accidentally did it and which are unhappy just because they didn't get the rare pet in the pack.

That is quite the rare sequence of clicks to go into the store, pick out the most expensive plat items, then click it, confirm, and then check to see if you have Mitas, all randomly and while you are lagging!

When i lagg, i simply freeze up and/or get disconnected. Nothing nearly as exciting happens to me!

Also you said you emailed STS but didnt get a reply yet, and then forgot the email? Isn't it in your sent folder?
