the scimitars soul leech takes a little bit of health from the monster and transfers it to you each time you hit

Face melt is a small fire dmg my guess would be?

Scimitar - steals the targeted opponents health and delivers it/some to the user. I also noticed a little bit of enhanced H/S but I can't say that it boosts H/S since I haven't tested it.
Keepers staff - I believe Face Melt is another term for fire proc, just delivers added damage over time.
