Does this game need these kind of players?

Most of you here know the story and history of this user already (For those who don't pm me in game if you're curious)
So I don't really need to explain it over again...but in addition to this players "crimes" they seem to be further harassing their victims (in this case me).

As you can see from the chat, is their really a need for this individual to make the person they scammed feel more miserable than they already are?
You guys have got to understand how disgusting it feels to play the same game with someone that stole from you.

Yes I have submitted a lengthy report already to support but no word back, and i've reported this user many many many times for vulgar language but he stills speaks with free speach to this day.
Personally, I feel like these bad apples will ruin the game for everyone in the long-run if they're not dealt with immediately.
You guys can judge this one out.

I'm almost at that point where I'm bout to say bye bye and move on.

Ofc i'm in no position to make the final judgement on these sensitive issues but I don't think anyone would be against enforcing harsh punishments on such users.
But to any dev that might come across this thread, the new breed of (trust) scammers are openly scamming now with no fear of their acc's being banned.

I've had far too many people tell me "its my fault" and "he won't get banned"
Why would they say this? b/c known scammers are roaming around to this day worry free (is my guess)
... and this ultimately implies what to the random passer-by that hears of this?...that this is behaviour is acceptable in this game and it's the short-cut to get rich by stealing from ur friends?

It's not just the language noisy.
For example, your friend take luxuries from your house and decide not to give it back.
Then you realize your're helpless as the cops won't do a thing even though you know who did it to you.
This friend later drops by your front lawn and shoves it in your face the things they stole off you.

In the real world, this doesn't happen and will never.
In the on-line world, this happens quite often but the usual game has 0 tolerance for this type of thing.
In the world of arcane legends, there's far too many immoral and unethical issues that arn't imo dealt with properly.

When he's going around spreading rumours and acting like he's the victim...i'll tell you it's extremely hard to ignore him.
I log on and get pms such as "heard from killzonee you scam"

How do I respond to these random people? How can I stop this?
Do I need to waste 10min of my time justifying myself to everyone person that msgs me this? and if I don't reply the assumption is I scammed and the rumours will spread.

Even with me gone and out of the picture you think this type of behaviour will stop?
It's a never ending cycle and seemingly gets worse and worse as each season passes by.

This issue is far beyond my relationship with Killzonee.
I understand that they probably get bombarded with tens of thousands of player reports so why not let trusted players help out in a way.
If only this game had player mods who could enforce mutes on the spot and send personal reports to devs for such extreme rule breakers.

Anyways i'll let you guys figure this one out.

Most of the msgs were to and from Apollo...something off topic and irrelevant.
I didn't aggravate Killzonee in anyway prior to those msgs so what you see is how he normally treats other players.

However as i've said before in a few posts up, this person takes it up a level with me and let's everyone know that I scammed him.
Most of the harassment I get is as a result of this person's false rumor spreading.
Really sucks when you log on to enjoy a game but in reality u find urself trying to defend agaist something you didn't do and were a victim of

I've talked to Erill one of the co-gm's of Supernova and he has told me the other co-gm's refuse to kick b/c of personal reasons.
As much as I would like to respect their decisions, i'm on the same page as you in this scenario...as no guild should support and shield these players...only brings harm to themselves and their guildmates in the end.

I know that person scammed a friend of mine for a mythic bow. Being an officer of the guild he asked to borrow the bow, my friend stupidly let him have it, she was then kicked from guild.. Just so u all know what kinda person were talking about here

Killzonee borrowed a mythic bow and 200k from me during the 2vs2 tournament. He never returned it :) I can assure you he's a scammer ^^

Too sad STS doesn't do anything about it as lending items is our own risk. Just ignore the less lucky scammer and move on. I have made a lot more money after that and now have full mythics for my warrior, mage as well as rogue. I see killzonee trying to sell n buy the same items he has 'borrowed' from others. No matter how many players he scams, he will still be poor n unlucky :) Heard someone scammed him for 2m after that. What goes around, comes around!

Edit: Would like to add that Ruthien kicked him ASAP from Positive when i told him Killzonee scammed my bow.

I hope this person gets banned. But I don't think STS does anything about scammers. Every day I see people offering 'hack tools' and free plat. I report these scammers with screen shots but I don't believe anything is ever done. Scammers know this and they continue to abuse the system.

Those messages were to me and a completely different conversation. He blocked them out for privacy reasons as they had nothing to do with the topic on hand.

I noticed that but one of the blocked messages was him responding to Kill. I would just like to see both sides of the story before I pass judgment on anyone.
