Updating DPS Meter to Version 1.6

im working on updating the dps meter for PL i know many people disagree with me making the meter but there are people still using and enjoying it so im going to update it for them i havnt been updating the dps meter because i have been busy with ALG witch is the Gamming Community i am in, so all EFS Stuff in the DPS Meter will Be change to ALG and i added a few new features that wont be released till 1.6
