str bear to dex bear help!!

I'm wanting to know if it's a good idea to go from a str bear to a dex bear for PVE?

I'm looking for the pro's and cons, from dex bears.

If I do change to a dex bear, what skills do I invest in?

well just go dual spec str and dex.. popular combination now..
but since i'm a poor player.. i dual spec to int and str .. haah.. well at least i can wear full cosmos set and look good (vain) lol . still no full rift set yet..
