Damage and health are equally important. There is no "best" between the two stat since each has a trade off (rogues with more damage = lower hp, and warriors with more health = lesser damage)

If you are going to base your decision just on the two stat, I suggest you try playing both to see what suits you.

You're going to survive more in PvP if you are a geared warrior and be able to rake in some kills with proper timing during clashes. If you're after survivability, then I say you go for a warrior. If you choose a rogue, you become more vulnerable to one hit attacks and severe damage but on the flip side, you kill more as long as you manage your skills as you run out of mana fast.

considering they are both equally geared....

Rouge = More kills but more deaths
Warrior = Less kills but less deaths

actual number may vary depending on how you drive your toon. :)

I believe that the different classes have their pros and cons. Anyone of them can: kill, be killed, and kill steal.
The Warrior:
The warrior can get his crit quite high with the right build. Level 31 warriors can get their crit 90%+. The warrior can have very high health with the right build. Level 31 warrior can have 5000+ health. It sounds like the warrior is the perfect one to choose, right?
