How do you complete the last two quests in the frozen village place thingy :P ? Do you have to buy the elite dungeon? The two quests ihave left are 1000 snowballs and 1000 pelts...

Yes--the snowballs and pelts come from Frozen Nightmares. Not all the little yetis give you snowballs and the same with pelts from the big yetis, so it's like doing the 1024 tome quest twice-times but worse. :D You can always choose to abandon them and that'll get them off your quest screen.
