Please Help Need Tips

I have a lvl 18 mage i need all the help i can get on building it up for pve/pvp i have been on youtude for an hour trying to find whats the best build up i seen a guy use clock lighting and shield in pvp in the game but he never used the 4th one so i dont know he was killing them 2/3 hits so if anyone knows a better way please let me on here or in game my name is lacerated in game also

I would level to 20/21 and buy some gears because 18 isn't really a pvp lvl... I'm not really familiar with Sorcerer since I don't PvP using mine, but I would ask Cero(pro sorc) for some tips, he's really helpful.
