How does someone go from a str bear to a dex bear?
I heard it's a base str of 125str and 129dex but how does that allow me to wear rift and void?
Do I have to wear lower armor to meet the req for rift and dex gear?

Yup, Multiple sets are used to equip.

You need a lot of gear.
4 items that boost dex by 7+ (snipers jewel thiefs shivering horus. Must have 1H) void gear, gear that boosts str by 7+ (legend, conqs, iceberg, Osiris. I suggest u have Osiris) and a lot of rift;) (3 I believe, u need helm) and 4 load outs:)

what?!?!?! i dont get it i saw my friend doing it but i was like wtf?!?!?!
its easy u need either dex boosting gear, int boosting gear, or str boosting gear. warriors tend to go 127 str and 127 dex, mages do 127 dex and int, and archers r usually pure dex-which with void armor, helm, and blaster is 280 dex and with talon, wing, armor, and helm is 285 ish

umm i kinda get it thx but can you give me a list of those stat bosting items dex and str and also if you can int for my mage thx bro =D

Umm no, BC every item past grey is a stat boosting item.
u cant b that dumb to not c the "1-11 dex" under the items description. use ur head, ull have less questions

Like everyone said you need a boosting gear to get the void items and rift items to wear.
