Hi forumers!

Expansion is coming soon.

I really want to finish all elites. And I did! All except for my worst enemy: BloodHammer.

The other night, a group of people and my friend went to kill him at Elite Skull Cove. Well. It was a failure. After 2 hours (yes 2 hours, and it was 3 am!). 1 dc-Ed, 1 quit, so my friend and I were stranded at the Cove just were BloodHammer was standing. We got through the 1st wave of mobs with a few deaths, but the 2nd wave of mobs killed us most instantly, causing a wall of elite crabs and gunners.

So we gave up. (No choice. We honestly don't like to quit!!)

My friend and I really want to get this elite over with before the update. Any helpful info or tips? We were totally unprepared. If possible, we could use some elite players with mythics whom are willing to help us. It would be most appreciated. (The two of us are using our rogue mains, perhaps a strong tank and Mage). Thank you very much.

PM when your free: Temarichan

P.S. I'm online after I posted this thread.

Tema, add me if you want, I can help. Done it many times below 10 minutes. However, safe strategy with less dying takes some 15-20 minutes. (Reset at 50%)

While there are many possible team configurations, I usually do it in slag team (essential for red crabs) with at least one mage with all crowd control skills (ice, time, fire and ideally shield)

If you want to be sure you will not get bitten, take no warrior. In such a case, form a team of two strong mages and two 300+ DMG rogues and prepare to spam pots like crazy.

Skaun, of course it depends on how much damage your party can dish out. Also, if you dont succeed to stun/freeze the red crabs and they keep killing you, runback costs time. Here, slags and crowd controlling is essential.

I agree with you that with dying and no plat revival, the usual time is like 35-45 minutes. I must admit that a party that does this below 10 minutes uses plat revivals (all members, otherwise there is a chain reaction after one dies and the crowd control breaks).

IMHO, Skull Cove is the most difficult map in the game that requires a real team strategy. Palm rock is a bed of roses compared to the moment when Bloodhammer spits out his minions in the middle of the fight. :)
