How do I get it? I tried greencrow's guide, but the herald of arlor (step 1) has nothing to say :(

You may have already talked to the Herald, goto king Eric in stronghold (beside the auction) talk to him u get a quest to kill frostir at oltagar keep, kill him, cash that quest In then u get the "permafrost" quest which is to kill grimnr, kill him, click on his body, go bak to king Erik go downstairs (portal to another zone beside king Erik) talk to "ture" go to the left side of the room click the book then click the tomb at the top and u have glepiner
