What sorcerer skill is the blue glowing rock? I saw some sorcerers do some skill and a blue glowing rock came down and it keeps the enemy away , can someone help me? What is this skill?

I think its called time shift, and its a clock.

I believe that is the proc that comes from the Runic Flare of Lethality (aka mythic gun)

Yes he/she means the proc from the mythic gun. It doesnt really keep enimes away but more knocks them away and debuffs em.
