Suggestion - MAIL BOX SYSTEM :D

I think it would be really cool for AL to have some kind of mailbox system so that friends or whoever can communicate among each other online/offline through mail/letters :D (Especially offline!)

Maybe set up a post-office/mailbox kind of thing in Kraag/Windmere/Traveler Outpost? We could even pay a small fee to send letters, though gratis mail would be amazing :D

Other mmo's that I play have this kind of mailbox system and I thought it would be useful if AL had one too. :)

It was just a suggestion, but what do you think??? :3

+1 100% support, although I don't think it will be implemented because it's a lot of coding for a little thing that isn't exactly a "must have" but I do agree, I'd defiantly like to see a mailbox system

we already have a bunch of threads like this :/ and no1 from sts want to implement it atm. i hope when the cap is "on air" there will be at least a option to send "offlinemessages" wich are i think easier to implement than a complete mailbox system. pls read my suggestions on a mailboxsystem here:

Always supported every thread about this suggestion.

I mean it can start with letters and then evolve to how WoW use to have it. Where you can send letters along with gold/items to people.

So many threads about this exact topic! On nearly every mmorpg I've played there has always been an issue with messaging players, especially in different time zones. I like your pay to send as this could eliminate spamming of mail which would be an issue If implemented, sts would have to tackle :)
A mail system would be a great feature to the game and I suppose to make use of old features, the current mailbox in every city. (Visiting it to send and receive mail)

100% True some mmo or role playing games had mailboxes where in you have to pay gold to send a letter and has 12 slots of how many you want to send that person especially if you have another account and you want to give an item and send gold write a letter the more you send stuff the more the gold you need to pay

Letters would be a cool thing to add, and just make things a bit more realm rather than just sending a boring offline message. Good idea!
