I have had one not show up for about two hours. It can be annoying.

Switch character or log out and back in...always happens to me lol

In my experience just switching zones is enough to fix it. I'd be interested to hear if that didn't work and relogging/switching chars/etc was necessary.

I get x3 combo and after 5 mins the combo is gone always breaks my heart sense I only farm when I have combos
