Time for release of expansion

We all know expansion is on 29th I wanna know the time roughly when it releases...I live in India...I wanna know at what time it released..
I got a internal exam on da same day so wanna know time...
When nordr was released its around 10:30-11:00pm here in India

Not sure what timezone India is in but in eastern standard timezone updates almost always happen between 1-2pm

I don't remember which was which but if everything is ready it will prolly happen around same time regular maintenance happened.

Past caps have had mid to late afternoon releases. Expect somewhere around 1-2 PM CST
