I believe I started the nerfing fbow idea. But unfortunately the thread got locked because I used the word "petition" in subject line

Increasing health pool for all level would fix fbow problem because fbow is done to end fight fast. If you add health, other gears with more regen should be better.
In addition, lower speed to 1.0 for every fbow :)

Then it will b a normal weapon.
