If it's the pelts and snowballs, you'll need to purchase the Frozen Nightmares campaign. Or, if you don't want to do that, you can "abandon" the quest on your quest log so theybdon't sit there and nag at you.

It's the frozen nightmares campaign.
Potions not usable in there, and little yettis which oneshot you. Pretty challenging, need a good team.
