Why become muted for no reason???

Why for normal chat and not using any bad words I usually become muted 2 or 3 times a day? what is the reason?? why system is like that....

The system isnt crazy. Obviously you said inappropriate things, intentionally or not.

I've had words censored in chat that were part of a word or combination of two words. Didn't get chat banned though

This chat is for 3 year old kids. I got muted for saying ''****ing cinder'' ffs if u go at a junior school u hear lots of worse staff. It should just put stars at its place like:''****ing'' -> ''*******''

its a common thing jus keep ur device aside for 5 min and continue playing again
