I think i read something like this before... but i can't find it so. Will the exp between 30-31 become 2600?

I feel useless ...
Secondly is correct.
They will stay lvl 30, but will have the already achieved xp amount divided by 10.
Means if they have 10,000 XP they will have 1,000 afterwards.
They won't automatically lvl up to 31.

To analyse that, the XP amount to lvl up from 32 to 33 in season 5 will probably be 3,600.

Im hoping this will do the same as nordr and give most xp in game. I member when nordr first came out you could run the whole map without lvlin once

Shuyal (Realm of Shadows) content will indeed give more XP than all other content.

While we are here, what level do you have to be to access shuyal? (im aware you have to beat "permafrost" quest")

That's it. Recommended level is 30 but as long as you've completed the Gleipnir quest, you're good to go.
