In stronghold there is a man by the name of Ture underneath where the King resides. He will guide you on your quest to get to Shuyal. Completion of the Gleipnir quest is what you need.

Sum 1 told me i gotta do nordr quest but idk i deleted all my quests i think i did nordr alrdy.
