How come for the quest to beat "Krystal" I have beaten her 3 times and still don't get her skull.

I don't know much about this quest, but every time I do this one it completes the first time I kill her. Maybe it's random and I just get really lucky. Try killing her a few more times and see what happens.

It's random that she can drop it. Have to do it a few times sometimes.

NPC Beginning Message: Burke: "I hear reports that Silknight's second in-command, a witch named 'Krystal,' has been seen on the road to Dark Forest. She must be found and she must be stopped!!"
NPC Ending Message: Burke: "Look at that! You;ve found Krystal's power-skull! I can see that it holds all sorts of secrets! Thank you! Please, take you reward:"
Description: Find 'Krystal' on the road to Dark Forest
Rewards: Plate Scrap and choose from: Chain Scrap, Scrap of Cloth, Scrap of Leather
Notes: Find and kill her on the road to Dark Forest
You know where the Road to DF is?
Just go left pass Burke, pass the CTF guy, go right and here you are. She spawns randomly.
