this is as designed. He is flagged as elite and exists in both the normal and elite versions of Ashral Tower. There is a lot of trash mobs on the way and this is why it was done this way.

What Items U Recieve After Defeating This Elite Heart?

Normal Elite drops, I think. Some of us got Elite Golden Puzzleboxes. :)

Probbably it drops like new Shuyal things and Elite Puzzleboxes.
