even after patch hermit doesn't give ap and elite heart doesn't either

right after the patch I went to the hermit with three others and we couldn't get the ap and elite heart doesn't give the ap either and wraith heart elite heals the wraiths without opening I have the upgraded mythic already is this why I can't get hermit now

yes i expirienced all three problems my self, hermit after new update and these 2 with heart before update

I just tested if you have the upgraded mythic the hermit doesn't give the ap if you don't have it he does do can sts make a patch to auto give it to us ergo have the upgraded mythic already or we will never get that ap and its unfair. I tested with ten people who had upgraded mythic and none got it I tested with five who don't have upgraded and they all got it
