The image shows the Captain Krom lying down on the field after struck by a very powerful fireball. His shield is still up, but he went down, a few seconds after he disappeared and never came back, then we left the map.
He must be underpaid.

Most likely this is the same bug we're reporting about "instant deaths" with bosses.

My guildmate said he finished some elite Krom within 30 seconds and less.. so the bug also happen in elite map?

Yes, he dies cos of one shot. And not only he. As a result you can see tons of elite chests.
It really should be fixed fast.

I believe this was fixed with the update on Saturday.
