My stats bugged?

My dmg is bugged in stats! Before the expansion my dmg was 251 (And my hp 3.1k)
And now with new gear, and more spended points on dex my dmg is a lot lower?
(241 dmg) How is this possible

If you read the update, you'd know that they nerfed damage stats.
