Night ocean ripple int version has lower damage

I was looking at rings in auction and noticed the night ocean ripple at level 36 has:

40 STR, 3.1 dmg, 41 armor
40 DEX, 3.1 dmg, 41 armor
40 INT, 1.9! dmg, 41 armor

We had this issue before, and those times the ring 1 level below had the higher damage. That's not the case here, all 35 versions have the same damage. This, I think, is simply unfair.

There are two versions of the Night Ocean Ripple by primary stat. One is a 1.9 DMG, the other is a 3.1 DMG.

This is exactly the same as the Cobalt Ring of Warfare, where there were two types by primary stat as well, so this is expected. You just aren't seeing any of the 3.1 DMG INT versions in auction at the moment.

I would be more inclined to believe you if there were level 36 dex or str versions with 1.9 damage, or level 35 versions with 3.1 damage.

This would be right, except... there aren't any Int with 1.9 dmg. I opened a TON of crates, got prob 100 rings, a bunch of each but not a single one with 3.1dmg and INT. Not a single one in auction either.

There are, my inventory is filled with them. Only the 3.1 sells, that's why it's the only one you see in CS.

The 31 warrior version of the cobalt ring was 1.9 dmg as well. Maybe this was intended.
