What is a good skill build for a PvE rogue?
*including upgrades*

IMO, the actives are:
Shadow Piercer, Shadow Veil, Razor Shield, Aimed Shot.
All 5/5 - reach L21 and all will be full upgraded.
Passives: Agility - rank 5; Knowledge - rank 5; Might - rank 5. When you at L21, reach L36 and upgrade them up. All done.
That's all I know.
I guess someone got better build.

P.S: It's IGN is Lift right? :D Correct me if I'm wrong.

sv 4/5 no explode
rs 3/5 no bleed no spinning freedom
traps 4/5 no explode

Shadow veil 4/5 (No explosion)
Aimed shot 5/5
Nox bolt 4/5 (no Aoe)
Passives:
Agility 5/5
Might 5/5

Damage 4/5
