Can't complete Halloween Hal quest

I have the zombie costume and put it on and talk to Hal, but he just keeps telling to come talk to him after I have a costume, which I already have. The costume is due back today and I'd like to finish this quest pls help!!

You have to buy the costume from the plat store. You cant use the one you recieved from the previous quest.
