I still haven't gotten a clear answer but just want to make sure so I don't waste my time. Does sully in Elite Harbor drop Elite Gold pirate chest??? I know sully drops gold in normal but I've killed about 10-25times in elite and aall I get are rare items. Would like an answer :)

Bosses in elite maps drop chests, sometimes elite gold chests...

Sully in Elite Harbor has a chance to rop Elite Gold Pirate Chest 2 but he has a lower chance of dropping it because he is a normal boss in an elite map.

He's still a normal boss? Even in elite harbor, his strength still like a normal boss?
Then the answer is no, if it's true. Elite chests only drop from elite bosses.

He's is a normal boss in elite map, the hard part is the mobs that spawn around him (last time i ran the map, it was easier to kill him than the mobs).

I think what they mean is he is a mini-boss, just like Jarl. And the answer SHOULD be yes.
