Vengeful blood not working properly

Ever since the update venge haven't been working properly for me, as much as I can feel. I mostly pvp and venge haven't been fine. It doesn't refill mana as well before the cap, and stuns seems to debuff venge sometimes. It's either casting failure or a half working venge. Please look into it sts. I've asked a couple of warriors and we share the same consensus.

The damage done in pvp got reduced by the Devs so battles would last longer, veng works by how much dmg u get hit gets returned to mana, less dmg = less mana you receive, as for the stun part, it probably isn't debuffing it's probably your just getting stunned and the veng is running out when u get stunned
