It seems to be normal... I only see the "+2 str" thing is... 'other'.. So i think it is 'elite pink' so it should be good...
Seems like one is geared towards more defense and PvE while the other is geared for more damage and PvP. Personally, I would use both!

One is for Dps and the other is for Dmg.

Yeah hammers are supposed to do more dmg than a sword, the sword gives much more dps

Yeah, I don't see a problem with it.

Devourer Maul shouldn't be better or equal to an Entombed Hammer anyway. No issue there.

Yes, the buff proc stacks up to 3 times (or however many procs you can get within 8 seconds), just like the Storm Sword buff proc.

as has been pointed out already in the thread, the hammers are damage based weapons with slower attack speed and axes/swords are less damage but higher DPS from higher attack speeds.

And they need more. Can't even begin to count how many warriors I run in to that seem to have 0 taunt upgrades

I think this sword will help de-noobify those tanks so they actually, albeit unintentionally, hold aggro. Every weapon doesn't need to be centered around PvP, y'all. ;)

This is a tank weapon, that is good... we need tanks, you know those warrior guys who keep aggro so the other guys can kill things without dieing.
