I have both level 36 epic sorcerer guns:
Crystal Annihilator of Assault (97.7 dps, 19 dex, 38 int)
Focused Ray of Force (89.9 dps, 10 str, 39 int, 2.67% crit)
It seems the damage stats on these are very bugged. Yes, the stats don't look half bad, but when you equip it the damage stats don't reflect. A level 10 gun gives me higher damage. I think these guns are actually reflecting the stats as if there was no damage at all and the only damage you are getting is from the INT & DEX and other items you have equipped. Please have a look at this STS.
