Blessing of vitality question

According to the description:
party buff: 25 hp + 2h/s for 120 sec
self buff: +x for 12 sec

what does the self buff increase? it doesnt specify?

i am just trying to figure out what skills to take so knowing exactly what they do is important.
blessing of might right now seems to be the only of the two blessings worth maxing out (for the high damage and crit boost)

Armor (like Ironblood), and I steonly recommend maxing BOV out, particularly at higher levels. Along with mana shield and heal, it's how mages stay alive ;)

5 on mana shield is usefull but isn't strictly enforced.
The armor it gives could come in handy.
Either way, it will be lvl 4 or 5 at lvl 50
