No elite achievement for Ferrix

There is an achievement for Shadowmancer Ferrix but no elite achievement for him. Dunno if this was intended or not. Probably an oversight.

A bit odd perhaps, but as intended. There is no achievement for normal wraith heart, but there is for the elite. Same deal with normal and Elite Krom... only an achievement for the elite version.

There are many other achievements not related to kills added in the expansion, and we decided to give it some breathing room.
