Help regarding PVP skill builds

Hi all!
So, I'm kinda new to the forum and this game so kinda would like some help :).
I'm a LVL 25 Bogue with 4/5 Razor Shield, Shadow Piercer, Aimed Shot and Noxious Bolt (I'm gonna take out Razor Shield for Shadow Veil in the next free re-spec)
My equipment are a lvl 25 Bonechill Bow Of Brutality, lvl 25 Agile Ranger Leather Of Savvy, lvl 25 Agile Ranger Cloak Of Stability, lvl 24 Swirling Amulet Of Potency and a lvl 24 Full Circuit Of Potency and it gives me the stats:
Strength: 32
Health: 1685
Dex: 345
Bonus Dmg: 272%
Dodge: 36.56
Crit: 12.24
Damage: 194.1
Int: 41
Mana: 535
DPS: 232.9
Armour: 761
So any areas of improvements I could make to my build? Would appreciate any form of help!
And erm, PS: Did Bonechill Bows get nerfed?

You need heal packs instead of shadow veil or razor shield in pvp.

I noticed that you have little mana than the average lvl 25 rogue out there. This is my advice.

Maxed out aimed shot, dex passive, int passive, heal packs.

5 skill point left, put 3 into nox (15% dmg, 10% damage over time), 2 shadow pierce (health absorb)

Make sure you use dex int based kinda gear. I'll suggest you to buy bonechill bow of potency, sealord mesh of will (dex type), sealord cuirass of will (dex type), ensorcelled ring of potency, and swirling amulet of potency. 300k budget is enough to buy all of these stuff (or maybe less than 300k? Maybe). Pet malison.

Thanks! Do those gear change the mana problem? And erm....any more cost-efficient pets than mal? I have Horton, Granite, Ribbit, Precious in my rotation. (Ribbit is more used for PVP) Thanks!

Get jack or ribbit jack as you know has a beast heal over time ability and is definetly my favorite mana pet. Ribbit is an awesome critical giving pet which is super important in pvp if your trying to get kills. Criticals are especially important with your aim shot ability cause getting a crit with aimshot increases its damage by 250% being that aimshot is the highest damage dealing ability out of all your classes besides lightening which is a mage ability. So id go for ribbit and jack. I hope this helps.
