It's the PL equivalent of junk mail. Only have to get one yes in a thousand to be worth spamming everyone you see. But people have a right to be annoyed at the tactic too, just like most don't like getting junk mail.

And sure it may seem funny from youe point of view. But if every timw he saw you, hw called you rusher then trade spammed you, EVERYTIME HE SAW YOU, HE TRADE SPAMMED YOU.

No because by that time he would be on my mute list. If it bothers you as much as you say it does, taking the time to mute him and his alts shouldn't be a chore, in fact I'd be happy to do it.
