The armor is the new lv36 upgraded mythic. As for the sword, since I don't really play warrior anymore, no clue.

Armor looks like mystic warrior armor. Sword looks like architect elite legendary sword.

The armor you must farm or buy. The sword is from running elite Shyul (probably spelled that wrong) the new expansion maps.

U get the armor from locked grand crates of the watch and elite golden warchest.the uprade one is from the quest,the weapon is architect blade of assault/will.u can farm it from elite shuyal

Fastest way to get it is drop $2-300 on Plat, sell leprechaun or vanities and you should get close to helm and armor!
