As i m levelling my bird i need a build for pvp and maybe tactics. If i can buy a L66 set i ll just stop at 66 . Anyways can anyone help me

9 Evade
9 Focus
9 Blast
8 Blind
6 Repulse
6 Break
6 Root
6 Rootwall
5 Avian
1 Shattering Scream

Anyways, only 8 Blind because at 9 the debuff doesn't go any higher, both roots at 6 OR 9 Root, no rootwall, and add three to repulse/break armor. I suggest both roots at 6 because of bears, as they have tons of dodge 66+ so you might need both roots. You probably already know combos, so I'll just leave ya with a build ^_^
