When is the right time to buy equips?

Does any1 knw wen to buy equips?i mean is it better to buy equips at low lvl or at max lvl 36?right now i am lvl 25 and been wonderin shud i buy it now or wen i reach lvl 36?if i buy mighty jugg set now ill be bankrupt.Can anyone enlighten me?
Also i need detailed explanation on when to buy and why and offcourse i wanna know the benefits and dissbenefits too.Wud help me out a lot.Thnx!

I'd buy gear every 5 levels if I were you.

buy gears for 5 level better u buy at level 30,31 and use upto 36

As the others have said, buy only at a certain level like 5 levels up. You can also buy at uncommon levels like, 18, 23, 28 and so forth, more likely the gears are cheaper. If youre main focus is at end-game, only buy the BEST gears at endgame.

Best time to buy is when everyone is selling, and best time to sell is when everyone is buying.

Because a ton of players have just leveled up from 30/31 to 35/36, there is a ton of level 30/31 gear in the auction, and because so many people are selling at the same time, prices have fallen quite a bit. So I would suggest picking yourself up a nice level 30 or 31 set while they are cheap. Then I would worry about level 35/36 when you get there.
