How can i be all dmg mage?

Max int skill points, passives skills in int, dex and damage. Get any good armor of grace and highest damage weapon you can afford. Prob need mythic armor to hit 400 damage though. I should max around 350 when I hit level 36.

Passive dex and int both 5/5 for max dmg. Dmg passive also can be used but it doesn't show on stats page.

Yep moot said it perfectly. Int an dex have to be 5/5 for max damage on the stat screen. Str only gives health to mages.

Incorrect. It gives health and strengthens our shield.

I have 400+ damage and don't have any dex passives.

Full mythic (all 5 items), full INT + 5/5 INT passive, then equip clyde/colton. This will give you 403 damage and 500 dps on your stat page. But in reality you have much more since you could have 5/5 passive damage + additional % damage from pet. So I think you could get as high as around 460-470 with the right spec.

Energizer your damage would be alot higher if you did have passive dex. It adds alot to damage. With full mythic you should have much higher damage. With only legendary equip I have 350.
